To ensure i am doing everything i can to maintain an efficient, safe, clean and comfortable atmospher for my clients to visit, the followingpractices are in place.
-parking spaces are limited to 2 stalls at my home. please arrive on time and do not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment.
-appointment times can be as little as 10 minutes so If you are more than 5 minutes late, it may be considered a no show and may need to be rescheulded in order to maintain a fair timeline for the following clients
-When you arrive for your appointment, please send me a text at 587-803-5989 and remain in your vehcile until you have received a response with the prompt to come to the door. please do not knock or ring the doorbell.
*please Don't be alarmed if you do not hear back right away as we may be just finishing up with another client. We do our absolute best to prevent waiting time after the time of an appointment*
-i ask that no guests including children do not attend appointments for safety purposes.
laser hair removal and IPL skin rejuvenation prep
-Shave the treatment area the night before. (Shaving the same day of a treatment increases risk of sensitivity and irritation)
-Arrive with clean skin in the treatment area and free of makeup
-Avoid vigorous exercise, hot tubs, hot baths, hot showers, saunas and any other activity that increases your body temperature on the same day of a treatment. (Increased body temps can cause sensitivity, irritation or burns)
-Avoid applying product of any kind on the treatment area the day of your treatment. (Some products are known to cause problems from discomfort to severe burns or rashes)
-Avoid swimming pools. (Treatments used in pools are also known to cause problems from discomfort to severe burns or rashes)
Radio frequency PREP
-Follow the same guidelines as laser hair removal prep (except shaving:))
facial treatment PREP (includes dermaplaning, hydrafacials, etc)
-Arrive with clean skin free of makeup
